Water Treatment Plant Upgrades
Upgrade of the city's water treatment plant to reverse osmosis treatment. MSA Professional Services evaluated the water system (2022) and designed the plant (2023-24); the generator/ATS and electrical equipment were pre-purchased in 2024; Tricon Construction Group was awarded the construction contract in April 2025. Financed by an Iowa State Revolving Fund loan through water revenue bonds.
