Tiffin Community Recreation Center
A community recreation center at 105 S. Park Road. Shive-Hattery prepared a planning study in 2018; Atura Architecture designed the building (2023-25); Miron Construction was selected as construction manager at risk (Resolution 2024-071, 5–0) and its construction services agreement approved 3–2 in April 2025, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $12,435,142 (May 2025). A change order of September 25, 2025 reduced the contract by $1,042,001.88 to $11,393,140.12 after bid buyout. The 2023 local option sales tax is the funding source named in the documents.
