Motion Ryan, second Dils to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2001-9 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION and accepting voluntary annexation papers from Mr. Leonard on the northwest edge of the city.
