moved by Joe Johnston to an area near the southwest corner of his property, but that most of the junk articles appeared to still be in the area. Objects including a large unused truck, tires, and other items. It did appear that the old shed had been removed from the area. Attorney will send owner Joe Johnston a letter regarding untended items in this area. Sidewalks with sever tilting on two lots in the area were also discussed, the building inspector will be asked about these sidewalks along Maddie Lane. Dorothy Allen and Attorney Jay Sigafoose were present to answer any questions regarding Mrs. Allen' s voluntary request for annexation. Dorothy would like to sell her home and Attonrey Sigafoose asked if the city thought there would be any problem with subdivision request that Mrs. Allen would make. Neither city attorney or city engineer could see any problem
