Motion Ryan, second Walls that the law providing for three readings of an ordinance and reading on three separate dates be dispensed with, and that the ORDINANCE, 2001-241, AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING CHURCH SIGNS be read for the second and third time and placed upon record. Whereupon Mayor Potter read the Ordinance No. 2001-241, AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING CHURCH SIGNS for the second and third time by title only and was placed upon record. Motion Dils, second Walls that the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-241, ALLOWING CHURCH SIGNS be read for the last time and that the ordinance be placed upon final passage. Ayes: Walls, Bartels, Ryan, and Dils. Whereupon the Mayor read the Ordinance NO. 2001-241 for the last time and was placed upon final passage and the roll was taken. Ayes: Bartels, Ryan, Dils and Walls. Absent: Gericke. Motion carried. Whereupon, Mayor Potter assented his approval and signed Ordinance No. 2001-241, AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING CHURCH SIGNS on this 14th day of March, 2001. Motion Bartels, second Dils to introduce an ORDINANCE NO. 2001-242, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1998-219, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ZONING IN TIFFIN EDGE SUBDIVISION and PROVIDING FOR REVISION OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, and moved that it be given its third and last reading and was read for the last time. Ayes: Walls, Dils, Ryan and Bartels. Motion carried. Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye" Mayor Glenn Potter declared the motion carried and Ordinance No. 2000-242, ZONING TIFFIN EDGE AND ZONING MAP was read for the last time and placed on the record. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Bartels, and seconded by Councilperson Ryan that Ordinance No. 2001-242, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE 1998-219, PROVIDING FOR ZONING IN TIFFIN EDGE AND REVISING ZONING MAP be placed
