Clean Up Date set for May 5, 2001. Volunteer Fire and First Responders will help with this Saturday AM event. City of Tiffin has received notification of a 75%-25% grant for additional recycling bins for new customers in cooperation with Jo Co Refuse. Motion Walls, second Ryan to approve water leak repair and review of tank condition. Ayes: Dils, Walls, Ryan and Ryan. Absent: Gericke. Motion carried. Engineer updated council on water source information for city. A SRF low interest loan in the amount of 1.3 million will be available in February of 2002 at approximately 4.24%. Patrol duty at Slim’s will be reviewed for any excess time. Motion Ryan, second Walls to accept clerk and treasurer’s report. Aye: Walls, Bartels, Ryan, and Dils. Absent: Gericke. Motion carried.
