On the 14th day of March at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilmember Bartels introduced an Ordinance amending Ordinance 1998-218, ORDINANCE NO. 2001-244, AN ORDINANCE ZONING SADLER SUBDIVISION LOT 3 TO R-3 and providing for a first reading. Motion seconded by Ryan. Ayes: Walls, Ryan, Dils and Bartels. Absent: Gericke. Nays: None. Motion carried. Thereupon, Mayor Potter read the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-244, AN ORDINANCE ZONING SADLER SUBDIVISION LOT 3 TO R-3, for the first time and placed it upon the record. Motion Walls, second Ryan that the law providing for three readings and rules requiring reading on three different dates be suspended and dispensed with and that ORDINANCE 2001-244, be read for a second and third time by title only and placed upon the record. Whereupon Mayor Potter read the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-244 for the second and third time by title only and was placed upon the record. Motion Walls, second Dils that the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-244, AN ORDINANCE ZONING SADLER SUBDIVISION LOT 3 TO R-3 be read for the last time and that the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-244 be placed upon final passage. Ayes: Dils, Walls, Ryan and Bartels. Absent: Gericke. Nays: None. Motion carried. Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye". Thereupon, Mayor Potter assented his approval and signed Ordinance No. 2001-244, AN ORDINANCE REZONING SADLER SUBDIVISION LOT 3 on this 14th day of March, 2001. Passed by the council on this 14th day of March, 2001. Attorney Greenleaf continues work on IDOT easements. Motion Bartels, second Dils to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2001-12, TRANSFER OF CABLE COMPANY OWNERHISP TO MEDIACOM. Ayes: Dils, Bartels, Ryan and Walls. Absent: Gericke. Motion carried.
