Hickory Knoll
A nine-lot subdivision on Jasper Avenue (Gable Way): planned area development rezoning (Ordinances 2013-334, 2013-335), easements for its water service (Resolution 2013-135), developer's agreement, preliminary plat and escrow (Resolutions 2013-152, 2013-153, 2013-214), all in 2013. The developer's agreement kept the lots on private septic systems with the city's right to require sanitary sewer; in 2023 the homeowners proposed a plan, the council hired MSA to design the sewer extension ($32,000, August 2023) and approved a verified claim extending that right (October 2023). Hickory Knoll Part Two's preliminary plat was approved in February 2026 (Resolution 2026-013).
