Rates and fees

What Tiffin has charged for water, sewer, garbage, recycling and storm water, the utility billing fees, fees set by resolution, and the city's property tax levy rate — each change as printed in the ordinance, resolution, 2010 Code or budget notice that made it, with its document and page.

Rates and fees as printed in the ordinances, resolutions, the 2010 Code and the budget notices in this archive, with the document and page of each. Gaps are listed under each series. Not a bill: the City of Tiffin's utility billing governs.

Dates: an effective date printed in the document, else the publication date of an ordinance, else its adoption (labelled). Levy rates: the certified rate when a later notice prints it, else the proposed rate. JSON · built 2026-10-17
