8.13 LIFT STATIONS & FORCE MAINS A. It is the City's intention and preference to have all extensions or additions to the sanitary sewer collection system be gravity sewer systems. If gravity sewer is not feasible, lift stations shall be designed to have regional service areas. B. Telemetered alarm systems are required. C. Provisions for the connection of standby power or auxiliary pumping are required.
