NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TIFFIN TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN A ND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of City of Tiffin, iowa, will conduct a Pulbic Hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2000 at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at which time and place said City Council will consider an Ordinance Amending the City Design Standards, and the City of Tiffin Subdivision Ordinance regulating minimum water and sewer main dimensions and providing for an 8 inch standard diameter and additional regulation. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said ordinance amendment and design standard amendment for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
