City Clerk Margaret Reihman to $35,107.80 and Public Works Assistant Brian Detert to $24,960.00 all commencing July 1, 2001 with no change in benefits that include health and dental insurance. Ayes: Bartels, Walls, and Gericke. Absent: Ryan. Abstain: Dils. Motion carried. Motion Bartels, second Dils to accept voluntary annexation papers from Leonard Sentman, and direct city attorneye to proceed as necessary. Ayes: Walls, Gericke, Bartels and Dils. Absent: Ryan. Motion Walls, second Dils to approve audit contract with Anne Meinke of West Point, IA for work as required under rules of the SRF Funds from the State of Iowa for the completed sewer plant project. Motion Gericke, second Walls to approve either Realetor George Klein or Bob Crane for appraisal work required under recently awarded DNR REAP grant for $50,000 for park ground acquisition.
