On the 10th day of March, 2010 at a regular City Council meeting Council person Gericke introduced Resolution 2010- 08 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REPLATED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE, OUTLOT ONE, A SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA NOW KNOWN AS WOODFIELD RIDGE PART TWO AND AUTHORIZING AS NECESSARY THE REVISED SUBDIVIDER' S AGREEMENT WITH WOODFIELD RIDGE, L. L. C. and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ball. Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, and Travis Weipert. Nays: None. Absent: None. WHEREUPON Five Council members voted for approval, Mayor Phillips declared the motion carried and approved Resolution 2010- 08. be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
