RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 10 A RESOLUTION PROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR " THE DEPOT TIFFIN" OCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2010. Whereas, the Sty Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested. by the business establishment known as the " The Depot Tiffin" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol Permit for' IThe Depot Tiffin". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval lof permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. day of Larch 2010, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. 10th On the Councilperson Mik Gericke introduced Resolution 2010- 10 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR THE BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN AS " THE DEPOT TIFFIN" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE APRIL 11, 2010 made a motion for approval. Seconded by Council person Chris Ball.
