Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of hearing proposals and opinions on the following proposed amendments to the Tiffin City Zoning Ordinance No. 1979-83:
1) Creation of a Board of Adjustment
2) Redefine "dwelling" in order to exclude mobile homes from R-1 districts (single-family dwelling)
3) Establish a T-C (trailer court) district on the Official Zoning Map
4) Allow existing lots of record to be developed according to their zoning.
You are further advised that you may appear at said hearing and make comments either orally or in writing as to either for or against said amendments.
