2. Approval of minutes of meeting May 6, 1981
3. Consideration of proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tiffin Ord. No. 1979-83
a. Creation of Board of Adjustment
b. Redefine "dwelling" and "trailer" in order to exclude mobile homes from R-1 (single-family) districts
c. Establish a T-C (trailer court) district, on the site of the present trailer court, on the official zoning map
d. Allow existing lots of record to be developed according to their zoning
4. Recommendations on above proposals
5. Adjournment
