January 13, 1988 Morgan: Why isn't Bob here? Hart: No one asked him to be here. Morgan: It's probably a good idea to make notes of things that need to be done. Potter: Each department head should do it. Morgan: He could call council members in charge of each department if he has questions. Potter: That way he won't have too many bosses.
