The council approved DeWaine's request for vacation time and will arrange for coverage by Sheriff's Patrol during his absence. Mr. Neuzil will take care of the legal problem concerning the asphalt anti-trust suit, so that the town will not become involved. The Council suggested the permission be obtained from property owners around Beckler's in regard to installing a street light by their back door. Bill moved, Ned seconded the motion to adjourn.
