Engineer Frederick reported that final testing of 2008 Water Main Extension to be completed as weather permits. City Wide Construction in final stages of completing seeding and punch list items for Trails Phase Three Project. Iowa Dept of Transportation will forward final reimbursement to City. Engineer Fredrick working on final designs of Trails Phase Four upon land acquisition with landowner. Mayor and City Council members will attend Clear Creek Amana School Board meeting on April 21, 2010 to represent College St residents regarding design of Ireland Ave Extension Project
