Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Petersen Nays: NONE Absent: Bartels Whereupon four Council members` were present -and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015- 008, A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL COMPLETION AND LIEN FOR THE WATER TOWER DEMOLITION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
