Glenn Potter made the motion that since the town of Tiffin was the successful bidder on the site presently leased by the Town on which the water towers are located, and the deed had been submitted by the school, that the town pay the Clear Creek Community School District $850.00 for the site and $10.00 each to the three appraisers.
