Minutes of Special Council Meeting, Tiffin, Ohio - November 17, 1970. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hensburg. Present: Glenn Potter, Ned Allen, Jerry Michel. Also present Wayne Reed, Ralph Hewitt, Anton Tomstich and FIA representative, and Edna Miller. Final reports and bills of the water project were gone over. Glenn Potter made the motion that since the town of Tiffin was the successful bidder on the site presently leased by the Town on which the water towers are located, and the deed had been submitted by the school, that the town pay the Clear Creek Community School District $850.00 for the site and $10.00 each to the three appraisers. Jerry Michel seconded the motion. By a roll call vote - Aye - Michel, Potter and Allen. Nay - none. A motion by Ned Allen to accept the work of Chalupa and Goerdt Contractors, second by Glenn Potter. By a roll call vote, Aye - Allen, Potter and Michel. Nay - none. A motion by Ned Allen, second by Jerry Michel that the meeting adjourn. Roll call votes - Aye - Allen, Michel and Potter. Nay - none.
