Motion Bartels, second Shaffer to not give a second reading of an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Tiffin as relates to rezoning request made by Joe Johnston and Amanda Potterfield in regard to 230 Main Street from R1 single family zoning to R2.5 (four-plex) zoning. The Planning and Zoning Commission has not recommended that the zone be changed in this location, and the Planning and Zoning during consideration of the Steven Request for rezoning have discovered that the Johnston request can not be zoned R2.5 due to an inadequate amount of ground for a minimum R2.5 lot
