Potter to sign the standard form of agreement between the City of Tiffin and Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. for development of additional well(s), construction of a 450 GPM water treatment facility, 3,100 LF of raw watermain and 1,400 LF of finished water main along with related work in a project funded in part through IDNR Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) project no. 2001-SRF-022 and at a cost not to exceed $169,125.00
