On the 25th day of May 2005, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced Ordinance No. 2005- 27° , and moved that it be given its second and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Petersen Ayes: Dils, Petersen, Gericke, Bartel G, and Huw_ - pnhl Nayes: None. Absent: None Five members of the council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2005- 270, was then placed on its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was Dils moved by Councilperson and seconded by Councilperson Gericke that Ordinance No. 200 5- 2 7 0 be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Petersen, GEricke, and HuPdepnhl Nays: None Absent : None F i venembers of the council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. Whereupon the mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2005- 270 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the council
