Motion Dils, second Petersen to approve a preliminary plat including subdivider' s agreement for timber Ridge View Subdivision including and allowing for the following: 1) recommendations as noted by city engineer including lack of water, pressure on certain lots, zoning of R- 2 on Lot 48 and R- 1 on Lots 1 — 47 and public space, Outlot B included with street and utlity improvements, trail included in construction plans for park space, and material of cement, gravel or wood chip as determined by developer, that site' plan for Lot 48 shall be provided to city for review, recommendations and approval prior to development, preliminary documents has been filed with and reviewed by city officials,. final review remains to be completed by city officials including city attorney and city engineer.
