Punch list provided to developer to be completed in 2025. Tiffin West Phase 2 Construction has begun extending Village Dr & utilities to west. Village Drive Extension (By water tower) Utilities and roadway grading is under construction. Construction began 5/22/25. The States – Anderson Addition OPD Utilities are currently under construction. Construction began 5/29/25. Tiffin West – Kwik Star Construction anticipated to start 8/4/25.
