Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 2025-093, which formally designates the Tiffin
City Administrator as the Title VI/ADA Coordinator and establishes responsibilities, procedures,
and timelines to ensure compliance with federal and state nondiscrimination requirements.
