And Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa finds that there is a reasonable expectation that it will be able to achieve its public purpose project, comply with all applicable standards, and obtain the necessary permits. Now, therefore be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, as follows: The City of Tiffin, Iowa hereby approves the use of condemnation to acquire a portion of and/ or interest in the property described herein and hereby directs attorney Robert W. Goodwin to proceed with condemnation procedures to acquire the portion of and/ or interest in the property described herein. 20th On the day of August, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 0100, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens.
