APPLICATION FOR ANNEXATION Application is hereby made to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, for the voluntary annexation to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, for the following described territory, located in Johnson County, Iowa, to-wit: BIGELOW PROPERTY That part of the west half of the southeast quarter and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter which is west of the right-of-way of Interstate Route No. 380, all in Section 27, Township 80 North, Range 7 West of the 5th P.M., excepting therefrom the following described tracts: 1. The right-of-way of the C.R.I. & P. Railroad Company over and across said premises; 2. The right-of-way of Interstate Route No. 380; 3. The right-of-way of Highway No. 6.
