TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO. 1995-17 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE OWNED BY YVONNE BIGELOW, DIANA J. BIGELOW, NANCY A. BIGELOW; AND GEORGE R. REEVE AND HAZEL I. REEVE A/K/A HAZEL M. REEVE; DOLORES E. MADDEN; AND HEARTLAND RAILROAD; TO THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA. WHEREAS, Yvonne Bigelow, Diana J. Bigelow, and Nancy A. Bigelow; George R. Reeve and Hazel I. Reeve, a/k/a Hazel M. Reeve, husband and wife; Dolores E. Madden; have made application for voluntary annexation to the City of Tiffin; and WHEREAS, Heartland Railroad, has property located within the voluntary annexation application and proper notice has been sent to Heartland Railroad by the City of Tiffin; WHEREAS, the CITY desires to annex the territory described therein pursuant to the Application presented by Yvonne Bigelow, Diana J. Bigelow, and Nancy A. Bigelow; and George R. Reeve and Hazel I. Reeve a/k/a Hazel M. Reeve; Dolores E. Madden; and Heartland Railroad; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, as follows: 1. That the Application for Annexation of the real estate by Yvonne Bigelow, Diana J. Bigelow, and Nancy A. Bigelow; George R. Reeve and Hazel I. Reeve a/k/a Hazel M. Reeve; and Dolores E. Madden and described in Exhibit "A", respectively, and attached hereto, is hereby accepted. 2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to do whatever is necessary to complete the annexation process. ON THE 9th day of August, 1995, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Brown introduced a RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Council person Bartels.
