TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, December 27, 1973, 7:30 p.m. Mayor Stratton presiding. Present: Kandy Robold, Bev Birtcher, Ted Spivey, Roger Janssen, Glenn Potter and Judy Smith. Purpose of the meeting was to draw a name out of a hat to break the tie between Judy Smith and Ted Spivey for Councilman. Judy Smith's name was drawn from the hat. Bev Birtcher, Roger Janssen, Glenn Potter and Judy Smith were sworn in as Councilmen for the 1974-75 term. Bev Birtcher moved to adjourn. Roger Janssen seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Marcia Lippert, City Clerk
