Motion Flansburg second Stoner to instruct clerk to publish notice of council's intent to fill vacant council seat by appointment rather than incur the cost of a special election. Carried unanimously.
Potter appointed Sandra Morgan as Mayor-Pro Tem.
Ralph Brown's retirement celebration was set for Sunday, August 24th at the fire station from 2:00 p 5:00 p.m.
Motion Flansburg second Stoner to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion Morgan second Flansburg to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Flansburg second Stoner to approve annual reports to FmHA, IDOT and State Auditor. Carried unanimously.
Motion Stoner second Flansburg to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. Carried unanimously.
