NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at which time and place said council will consider as follows: Amendments to Ordinance No. 1996-217 (Zoning) to reinstate the provisions for second floor apartments in C-1 Central Business Commercial zones. Said provisions were inadvertently omitted in the amendments made by Ordinance No. 1998-218. The amendments proposed are as follows: Amendment: City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 Section 5.07.F.1.(a) is repealed and the following is submitted in lieu thereof: (a) Second floor apartments and first floor apartments as permitted by Section 5.10.M. Amendment: City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 Section 5.07.G.1.(a) is repealed and the following is submitted in lieu thereof: (a) Second floor apartments and first floor apartments as permitted by Section 5.10.M. Amendment: City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 Section 5.07.H.1.(e) is repealed and the following is submitted in lieu thereof: (a) Second floor apartments and first floor apartments as permitted by Section 5.10.M.
