Motion Ryan, second Gericke to introduce and move that an ORDINANCE, No. 2000-236, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN LOTS 37, AND LOTS 104-108 IN ROLLING HILLS FROM R-2 TO R-2.5 be read for a second time. Ayes: Walls, Gericke, Bartels, Dils and Ryan. Five members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and ORDINANCE NO. 2000-236, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, was read the second time and discussed and place on record. Second time an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance for a second time, Ordinance providing for rezoning for certain lots in Rolling Hills Subdivision. On the 11th day of October, 2000 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilmember Gericke introduced ordinance No. 2000-237, AN ORDINANCE REZONING REEVE “A” and moved that it be given its first reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Bartels, Dils, Gericke, Ryan and Walls. Nays: None. Absent: None. Five members of the council being present and having voted Aaye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2000-237 was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. On the 11th day of October, 2000 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan moved that ORDINANCE NO 2000-237 be read for a second time. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Dils. Ayes: Walls, Ryan, Bartels, Dils and Geircke. Nays: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Five members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glen R. Potter declared the motion carried, and ORDINANCE NO. 2000-237 was read the second time and discussed and placed on record. On the 11th day of October, 2000 at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels moved that ORDINANCE NO. 2000-237 be given its third and last reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Gericke. Ayes: Dils, Walls, Ryan, Bartels and Gericke. Nays: None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Five members of the council being present and having voted “Aye”, Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2000-237, AN ORDINANCE REZONING REEVE “A” was then placed on its last reading and was read the last time. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Ryan, and seconded by Councilmember Bartels that ORDINANCE NO. 2000-237, AN ORDINANCE REZONING REEVE “A” be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Bartels, Ryan, Walls, Dils and Gericke. Nays: None. Absent: None. Motion carried.
