City audit is completed as required by OMB Circular A-144 and have been filed with state and federal agencies by Ann M. Menke, CPA, PC of West Point, IA. Total cost of audit was $8,000.00.
Mayor Potter and Councilmember Dils will attend the August JCCOG transportation planning meeting.
Motion Ryan, second Gericke to approve clerk/treasurer's report. Ayes: Bartels, Gericke, Dils and Ryan. Absent: Walls. Motion carried.
Motion Gericke, second Bartels to pay bills and accept receipts. Aye: Gericke, Dils, Ryan, and Bartels. Absent: Walls. Motion carried.
Motion Gericke, second Bartels to adjourn. 8:15 p.m.
