Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2001-250, PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. On the 12th day of September, 2001 at regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Walls introduced ORDINANCE NO. 2001-250, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET, and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Dils. Ayes: Walls, Bartels, Dils and Gericke. Absent: Ryan. Motion carried. Four members of the council begin present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2001-250, ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET was read the second time and discussed and placed on record. On the 12th day of September, 2001 at regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels moved that the rule requiring second and third reading and reading on three different dates be waived and dispensed with and moved that the ORDINANCE NO. 2001-250 ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET be read for the last and third time and placed on record. The motion was seconded by Walls. Ayes: Walls, Bartels, Dils and Gericke. Motion carried. Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried and ORDINANCE NO. 2001-250 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS WITHING 200 FEET, was then read for the last and third time and placed on record. Thereupon, it was moved by Councilperson Dils and second by Council member Gericke that ORDINANCE NO. 2001-250, ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICIATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS be placed upon its final passage and adopted. Ayes: Walls, Bartels, Gericke and Dils. Nays: None. Absent: Ryan. Motion carried. Four members of the council being present and having voted "Aye", Mayor Glenn R. Potter declared the motion carried and the Ordinance No. 2001-250, ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF SUBDIVISION REQUESTS, be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto. Passed by the Tiffin City Council on the 12th day of September 2001 and approved by the Mayor on the 12th day of September.
