Reports
Attorney- Nothing new, everything is on the agenda
Engineer- Grout injection – Ricklefs Excavating recommends to do grout injection to firm up ground. Petersen: what is going on with Portwood retention? Currently looking into the box culvert. Portwood wants to have someone else to pay for the box culvert. Discussion on this is a developers cost and not a City responsibility. Upton questioned as to why this was done without Council approval. Public Works was going to turn into DNR, but city gave extra time to before being turned into DNR. Further discussion on why this needs to be done. This issue has to do with a hole that developer ordered to get done.
Public Works- nothing new.
Council Members- Website issues, bring up on next agenda.
City Clerk/Administrator- absent , nothing
Mayor- nothing new
Unfinished Business
Ordinance 2014-363 Approving the Park Ridge PAD-1st Reading
