Upon rollbeing called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, AlHavens via Microsoft Teams, Chris Olney, TimOrris via Microsoft Teams. Others present CityAdministrator Doug Boldt andDeputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda bySchnedler. Second byOlney. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion andReview ofUpdated Potential future Recreation/Wellness Center Site Layout Discussion: The elevation issues have been worked through which solidified proceeding with further design ofthefacility onthecurrent siteofthesoccer fields. Council agreed onthe south orientation andmoving thebuilding tothewest tocreate more space. There isafollow upmeeting with Atura onThursday. D. Discussion and Review ofUpdated Grove Park Alternative Concept Discussion: Council gave thedeveloper verbal approval tomove forward with hisconcept. They askedfor himtostart attheback ofthedevelopment and work towards Highway 6,leaving buildings Btobebuilt last. This would allow forpossible commercial units tobebuiltthere. E.
