Tiffin Recreation Center Monthly Report – July 2026 — L-1

Executive Summary Overview In July, lots of changes occurred. The drywall contractor hung, taped, mudded and sanded all remaining drywall, getting the rest of the rooms ready for painting. The gym equipment arrived and all batting cages, basketball hoops, and curtains were installed. Painters completed main gym area with the exception to the railings on the mezzanine. Electrical contractor started pulling wire and installed overhead gym lights, finishing up lighting in early September. Glazing contractor installed the storefront curtain wall and will be back in August to complete the last curtain wall and interior storefronts. Exterior signs were delivered and installed and will finish in August. Plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories are in the process of being installed in the locker rooms and shower rooms.
