He has spoken to Doug about the timing of this light being off and Neumiller Electric will be out Friday to make a few more adjustments. Resident would like a blinking red or blinking yellow signal until this timing of this is resolved. Resident also addresses the speed limit on North Park Road heading South to Highway 6 and would like to see this increased. E.
