K-4 - Professional Services Agreement - Highway 6 Reconstruction - MSA

ADDITIONAL SERVICES Services that are not included in the above Scope of Services can be provided under separate contract or by amending the scope and fee listed in this Agreement. Examples of additional services that may be needed or desired for completion of the project include: • Geotechnical investigations (soil borings) will be provided under a separate contract. • Additional meetings not specifically listed in the scope. • Mitigation designs for environmental resources. • Construction Administration & Observation services. • Construction staking. • OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY • Owner is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the information provided to MSA. • Owner will provide MSA with full information as to Owner’s requirements for the project. • Owner will provide MSA with GIS information of existing utilities within the project limits. • Owner will operate Owner's systems (hydrants, valves, manholes, etc.) as needed for MSA to obtain required information for the completing project. • Owner will provide timely response to questions and review of engineering submittals (preliminary and final plans). • Owner will authorize submittal of necessary permit applications and pay associated fees.
