Bidder's Address: 2740 Ford Street Ames, IA 50010 You are notified that your Bid dated July 30, 2024 for the above Contract has been considered. You are the Successful Bidder and are awarded a Contract for Water Treatment Plant Upgrade – Electrical Equipment Procurement (EP2). The Contract Price of your Contract is One Million One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Nine and 00/100 Dollars ($1,172,339.00). You must comply with the following conditions precedent within [15] days of the date you receive this Notice of Award. 1. Deliver to the Owner two (2) fully executed purchase orders that includes your entire scope of supply (1 copy for the Owner and 1 copy to be returned). Failure to comply with these conditions within the time specified will entitle Owner to consider you in default, annul this Notice of Award.
