It is our recommendation that the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder listed below for each electrical equipment package be accepted at your next meeting. EP1 – Standby Generator and ATS Procurement Altorfer Power Systems 2550 6th Street SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Bid Amount $329,890.00 EP2 – Electrical Equipment and Controls Procurement Automatic Systems Co. 2740 Ford Street Ames, IA 50010 Bid Amount $1,172,339.00 Please execute one (1) copy of the Notice of Award for each contract and email me a signed copy. After receiving the executed copies, we will forward a copy of the Notice of Award to each vendor. The vendors will then send a detailed purchase order for the City to execute.
