Discussion: Paul Heidger, property owner of 301, 311 and 321 Summerhays St was present to discuss the retaining wall and street construction for original town phase three. The height and finish isn’t what he expected compared to the other retaining wall in phase three. He asked for a better safety solution for the retaining wall. E.
