Roll Call The City ofTiffin City Council held awork session Tuesday, November 5,2024, atthe City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called themeeting toorder at6:00PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: EricSchnedler, Skylar Limkemann, AlHavens, Chris Olney, and Tim Orris. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second byLimkemann. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofGrant Writing Proposal from Revata Consulting Discussion: Revata Consulting present anddiscussed grant opportunities forTiffin. Currently theyare inthe private sector assisting with USA REAP grants. They have secured over 4million dollars ingrant funds. They however arenew tomunicipalities. Revata talked through what their process looks likeforthe City. D. Discussion and Review ofProposed Operational Budget fortheTiffin Recreation Center Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt & Recreation Director Frank Haege reviewed the estimated revenue andexpenses fortheproposed recreation center. Council asked weshow membership fees fordaily, monthly and annually. They also wanted afullbudget estimate fortheRecreation department, including current expenses. E.
