On the 7th day of July, 2020, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-060, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Olney, Bartels, Schnedler, Havens Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2020-060, RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
