Motion Ryan, second Bartels that it be the consensus of the council that pending all public hearing and legal procedures as required by law the City of Tiffin will sell to Mr. Clarence Sewell owner of this building location the adjacent city right of way consisting of approximately 7,853 sq. feet for a cost of $20,000.00. The purchase will be contingent upon all properly followed legal procedures and also the following agreements with Mr. Sewell. 1. That all easements including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and any other utility now and in the future be granted to the city. 2. That ingress and egress easements be granted to the city. 3. That the four individual lots be joined into one parcel and drainage of the lots follow review and acceptance of the city engineer. Any objection by the public may nullify this consensus decision of the council and this decision would then be no longer effective.
