ON THE 12th day of December 2001, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO OF A SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER/SUBDIVIDER OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Gericke, Ryan, Dilis and Bartels Nays: Walls Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO OF A SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER/SUBDIVIDER OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. PASSED, by the Council on the 12th day of December, and approved by the Mayor
