City Councilmembers present: Mike Gericke – Motion Reeve, second Surine to provide a recommendation to the Tiffin City Council to approve a zoning request from Regency High Development for rezoning request as proposed with inclusion of Public Zones, and change from R- 4 ( residential quad) to R- 2 residential duplex) on the east sector of the proposal
